Progress Services Group takes pride in bringing the best cleaning & facility management solutions to our clients and through our company policies we can ensure all requirements are not only met for our clients but also that the standards and compliance are also met.
Our fully accredit ISO company policy systems and beliefs lie in 3 sectors being Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety operating in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, AS/NZS 4801:2001 and ISO 14001:2015.
QUALITY POLICY
Our quality policy is simple – provide consistent, superior cleaning services at a price that represents ‘value for money’. Performance to meet the quality standards is an integral component of each staff members’ or contractors’ employment contract and our quality management systems are managed at a senior level to ensure that they maintain relevance to industry standards, are updated regularly and are enforced.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
It is Progress Service’ policy to comply with all Local, State and Federal legislation requirements concerning the environment and with procedures agreed to with each of our customers.
These include:
- Disposal of different types of waste
- Recycling of waste, particularly paper
- Use of environmentally friendly chemicals, their storage and disposal
- Maintenance of equipment to keep air and noise pollution to a minimum
SAFETY POLICY
Progress Service is committed to achieving the highest performance in occupational health and safety. Our aim is to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all staff, contractors, visitors, and clients whilst at the same time complying with legislative requirements. Progress Service believes that the health and safety of people, within the workplace, is an integral and vital factor in the successful planning and implementation of any job or project.
